"There's a lot of relationship back to school and an employee where the employers are typically the, you know, the ones that don't fit into school," he says. "If I want to go learn something, I'm going to go learn it on my own terms, not sit in a classroom and be told this is how to do it." He adds: "You're only benefiting yourself, giving everything you have, which you don't always do for somebody else"
