How to SOP Your Senior Team

I think it's good of a practice as SOP is handing over the redundant tasks to somebody who is more qualified or actually less qualified than the person doing it, but more qualified and more compensated for that task. And so you can do it in a way where you're not creating a lot of paper. It can just simply be a video. I really think that's a good way to go about it. To bake it into your culture is awesome. If you see a garbage, you pick it up and the world is a better place and there's no ego about it. Yeah, I like that a lot.
