Tom Zoellner: If there is a coordinated effort to choke crypto banking in the U.S., what do we do about that? Is this illegal? How do we rein this in? He says many companies are talking about startups, entrepreneurs are talking about actually relocating out of the United States. Zoellners: It's not about being a Republican, a Democrat or something else. It's about being an American who's interested and Crypto is a nonpartisan thing.

Representative Tom Emmer is a U.S. Representative for Minnesota, and is the serving House Majority Whip as of this year, making him one of the highest-ranking members of the U.S. House of Representatives. He has been an outspoken advocate of crypto and has rung the alarm bells as to what seems to be the politically-driven debanking of crypto in the United States of America.
