Frank Murphy and Owen Roberts both have pretty good dissents. Both take different tax, but they're forceful with their language. You can't really disentangle this from the concentration camps as a result, right? It's not to remove security threats from a sensitive area. If that were the case, you could just let the, you know, Japanese Americans leave. But that's not what they wanted. And other thing he points out is that German and Italian Americans got like individualized investigations into their loyalty.
