"I was massively unprepared for accepting that by joining a corporate they were gonna put their corporate branding on it," he says. "It also made me realize just how much I needed to own my own practice and spurred me on." The family had worked as a family together for a number of years before selling the business in October 2016. 'We talked to lots of people about this very point you'll see in in another life we've only been sold down to practice,' his wife adds.
