The White House's Compromise on the Work Requirements

McCarthy has to get his entire caucus in line. It's very tricky because he only has a margin. He only loses four of his members and still passes since all Democrats will be united against it. If he does get it, then they're hoping, at least from the McCarthy said, this is something that would put pressure on the White House and Democrats to deal.
