CLL Fish Panel: What Is the Minimum Prognostic Mark?
I think iGv testing which as I said is only one time needs to be done CLL fish panel which most of the doctors are doing these days. One important thing is the tp 503 mutation because you know what we think is okay if I'm a patient it does not show 17p deletion so we are good but actually there could be patient who have deletion 13q and that has single same connotationSame meaning as having deletion 17p. So checking for a p53 mutation is also important which gets missed many times in the general practice people check for CLL fish Panel.
