The classical liberal is not an anarchist, says Amash. Mises doesn't believe in natural rights. He's a consequentialist. If you want to grab mises thought and then say, suppose you wanted to say, mises framework allows for, or implies, anarcho capitalism in a rothpartian sense, the way you would do it is not through that kind of language.
