The great idea is often rooted in bizarre experience. What sticks in a consumer's head and heart the most, that's actually basically like being their best friend. I think we're headed to this really interesting place where if you are going to be in the business of getting the consumer's attention, it's shifting to a very interesting place. The way that I think about brand is there's many levels of brand. That's a funny word because no one really knows what that means because it kind of means everything at the same time.
