Harriet's Moon Sketches

By 16 o nine harriet had started working in earnest with telescopes, both acquiring them and making his own. His earliest known drawing of the moon is from july 20, sixth, 16 o nine on the julian calendar. By 16 13, he had produced two much more detailed moon maps which may be the first instances of astronomical cartography. He was also the first person to observe sun spots through a telescope; this too happened at about the same time that galileo was making similar observations. In 16 18, Harriet's friend Sir walter raleigh was executed byheading for witchcraft. The great fire destroyed Mr buckner's grave site near london residence it killed 66 people
