Is There a Catalyst for Increased Federalism?
I think it's going to be a catalyst for further escalation politically. The Democrats will essentially hang a court packing threat over the court. I don't think where you would see much more commitment to federalism isn't from court action, but from executive action. And especially if he comes to power after going through a very contentious fight or contested election, you would begin to see the seeds of a constitutional crisis.
