How to Simplify Your Diet

When your mood is impacted negatively, you attribute it to areas of your life. But i'd say if you're experiencing some sort of mood, random mood drop, i'd look seriously looking to what you're eating. Elijaits like where you eat based on what makes you feel good and better when you eat and youre hungry. Drink water. That cuts out a whole bunch of variables. And then reduce the number of carbs actually cuts out a lot of the process foods.
