The Differences Between a Difficult Market and a Rural Market
I would rather be here in Florida or in California for many reasons one of which is social when I interact with the underwriters and the clients here in New York I'm interacting at a level different than yeah then you interact with in a rural or a small city. There are some advantages to there because it's higher fire your broker when you have lunch when your wife has lunch with his wife every day at the local cafe so there's a big difference here in competitiveness but but we're on our game.
