Mr. Murray wants to say there's no text that abrogates infant inclusion. Many Baptists come back and they say show us a statement that proves infant inclusion. This argument is the mirror image of the credo Baptist demand for a statement of infant inclusion. In verse 29, immediately preceding that familiar text about the New Covenant, we have sort of a strange proverb. It reads like this, in those days they shall say no more, the fathers have eaten sour grapes and the children's teeth are set on edge.
