The Battle of Nanjing
The Japanese Imperial Army converged on Nanjing in three groups. Matsui Iwanay, Nakajima Kessago and Lieutenant General Yanagawa Hisuke were the big three. Sujo so renowned for its gardens and canals just got completely trashed. This was when a China's ancient historic city is going back to Swintrend in the Three Kingdoms period that couldn't just abandon it and panda over free of charge to the invading Japanese.
