Prosecutors say there is insufficient evidence for any criminal charges in the collapse of Skywalks at Kansas City's Hyatt Regency Hotel. 114 people were killed when the two concrete Skywalks fell into the crowded lobby in July 1981. Proponents of the settlement said it allowed the city to move on to heal. Robert Gordon disagreed, and it was a devastating realization that the public would never learn the truth.
