Madden: The world went out and created $10 trillion and they tried to stick $10 into a two pound bag of baloney. So somewhere in that, those 10 pounds don't fit into that two pound bag. This is the aftermath of quote unquote the deficit horse leaving the barn and burning it down. It creates something that isn't solved easily in a short period of time but might take five years to resolve.
