Do You Have a Giant Gut?
The package that you're trying to develop is neck, shoulders, arms and hips. And the absence of a giant gut. This comes from squats, most especially deadlifts, the press and the bench press. I know guys that have put two inches on their arms in an obvious linear progression and not done a single curl because when you do all these compound movements, everything just grows. You just grow muscle all over everything.
