The Supreme Court's Legitimacy
The supreme court has weakened the separation of church and state, displayed terrible illogic in new york rifle and pistol ve bruin. Legitimacy is perceived to be at a level different from the intellectual. But like this very court once put it, legitimacy is not so impressionistic that you can only know it when you see it. And we do know that overturning row versus wade was unpopular but that alone doesn't make the court legitimate.
