The Early Days of Jim Jones' Ministry

We don't know exactly how Jim Jones was initiated and groomed as a communist in his early years. In elementary school during the Second World War, we hear stories about how when all the other boys would play it being Allied soldiers chasing Japanese and Germans around, Jim would usually play as the Soviet Union. But by the time he was leaving high school, 1948, it's kind of hard to say where he was politically or how important politics were to him.
