The Importance of a Finite Duration in Coaching
Do you typically engage with people sort of indefinitely for years and years or is it usually more of a kind of finite or acute engagement just depends it's finite. I think most good coaches would prefer to make sure that from the beginning we understand we're going to engage for six months at six months we will reassessPeople will hire me again like i've clients who have worked with me for almost eight years but it's because they've changed roles or they went and started another company right so it's like they take breaks and then they'll come back and say I have this new challenge coming up.
