In a computer pilots, moving data from one register to another actually means copying it. You don't actually delede it from the original register, but nevertheless, it's called moving. So when there is face to the bits from my instruction register will be sent off to the control unit. They'll be decoded using the dacoda and appropriate control signals sent off.
