How to Be a Welcoming Family in Your Church
The most curmudgeoned person in your church probably does not need to be the most socially awkward. The other thing I would say is our church was small enough to where we could do this. We encouraged members to plan on after church, had doing lunch at their house and being prepared to offer to bring them to their house for lunch. It was really effective.
