Over-Pronation Shoes

Pronation has this very much bad sort of stigma attached to it and it's not. It doesn't mean you're at an increased risk of getting an injury. Having a foot that pronates more than another foot may aggravate a particular injury. The stronger you are, the more sense will be while you're training,. the less likely you are to pick up an injury. That's just injuries in general, but we can get very focused on this over-appronation bit.
