The Market Bottom and the Worst Is Still Potentially Yet to Come

Sally Kohn: We believe in the market bottom in October, and we believe in the S.T.R. bottom in October. Now the market is fighting the set. The SAP has gained 10.07% in 110 days since its low. That would be the 24th bull market since 1957. Of those 24 bull markets since 1977, 23 of them showed greater returns than 10.07%. So that's a sign that maybe the market isn't acting as well as it should, but that doesn't stage us.
