What Is a Lesson?
What is a lesson? What i would say generally is that if all the activities connect to one course skill being mastered, i usually consider that to be one lesson. To me, if they're all connecting t the same scale, and that mastery check and capsilates all that was done to get there, that's one lesson. That lesson has multiple parts. I agree with what you said, everything that's related to a single skill or subject is a lesson. But conceptually, i don't know if the question is getting more like, conceptually, what is it? Or like, how do you keep track of these things?
