How to Eat a Balanced Diet

"I don't think anybody should do 23 spend classes a week," says Michael Phelps. "As you begin to become more mindful about your energetic output, you have to become more aware of what's going on in your body." He eats pretty much the same thing every day: salad or soup for lunch; protein and greens at night. But he doesn't eat red meat very often unless it's a burger -- which is probably once a week.
