Full fat dairy in particular is more beneficial than non-fat and low fat dairy. Some of the fatty acids in dairy products like Transpalmate's oleic acid seem to have unique health benefits. Dairy fat is also a good source of fat soluble vitamins like retinol, preformed vitamin A and vitamin K2 when it comes from grass fed cows.
