Communication and Noise-Canceling Headphones

Communication is really the best solution for my family I do have an office where I can close the door so that helps but that doesn't always stop people from knocking or walking in. Just communicating with my husband letting him know kind of how my day is going to be and what I'm going to be in calls really really helps with just limiting the walk-in distractions.
