The Death of Stephen Brooks

Stephen's mother Doreen said that he looked peaceful almost as if he was smiling a little bit like he was just asleep. So right away Stephen's murder investigation began and one officer was appointed the lead investigator even though this officer knew that he probably couldn't handle this case. After just a couple of days it had to be passed on to another officer. And this meant that the case pretty much had to be started right over again so those first two or three days were a complete write-off where they could have got so much done in the beginning.
