Count backwards from 10 before recapping our last episode. After each descending number, I want you to feel yourself dropping further and further into a restful, comfortable relaxation. Finally, your left leg, lifting it up,. 1, 2, 3, and dropping it down, even more deeply relaxed. Last time, Lady Caroline was hoping to be left alone by everyone. She feigned a headache so that Domenico would vacate the garden and leave her in peace. There she contemplated the importance of her life in London and wondered what her mother would think if she knew she had been contemplating at all.
