I take more of a How are we maintaining these people on the list and as customers because you can piss people off if you send too much. I think that's where you get into this slippery slope of email in particular being an incredibly resource intensive platform to run. Every single campaign is having to be a run up the ladder to someone in brand or Even ceos so it makes me appreciative of them.
