Anthony Olaveri: It takes a special kind of talent to write a great story about the worst team ever. Take us back to January of 1973. The Sixers season was long over. They were getting blown out, and the Kings led by as many as 41 points in that game. A 76ers forward named John Q. Trapp who was sitting on the bench in the second half. He resigned to this role as a spectator.
