The left ventricle cavity size was normal with mildly increased wall thickness. She had a moderate pericardial effusion that was seen circumferential to her heart. There was no evidence, echocardiographic evidence of tamponon physiology. The mass measured 5.5 by 5.9 centimeters and appeared extracardiac on the echo.
