I'm glad you are in this world man. And obviously the thing you're doing now is this new book. So I'm assuming this has been in the works for quite some time that this wasn't like a new, a new idea. Yeah, my, my newest book is called healing adaptogens. It took a few years to write me and my co-author Danielle was a registered herbalist we went through over 1000 research papers because their the amount of research on these natural substances does not enough.
