So many people in parishes don't pray together and they've never prayed with their priest. The average Catholic is listening to this and going, you're kidding. Priests are like coming alive. And so prayer, it starts with prayer. Then after prayer, it's then it's teamwork. It's like you need to know how, and this comes to five dysfunctions of a team. Do you know how many people work in a parish that never talked to one another about their faith life? Because they go, well, we need to do evangelization programs. So when people hear this Catholics who have never been involved in the church, they're like, they don't pray
