The Importance of Layering
Gore-Tex is breathable, but it's not like a sweat box. Go maybe GLA and just maybe again, it's probably a Sydney thing because when it's raining here, it's usually not that cold. So you don't really mind getting wet, but like riding around in a big flapping garbage bag, I don't, again, there's better options. This is coming from two people who would very rarely, like if it is raining outside, we're not riding normally. Always.
