i am from argentina. We grow up eating alot of red meat, asanlo is a little general. My wife is a vegetalian for many, many years. She runs every day. Andd i can't even start telling you the benefits of running long, long, long distancesthe maratones are always just like like itis. Theyre aliens on their metabolism. If cab one advice will be, try to run every day, half an hour to an hour. That will be the best you do. I get ball running, so i try to run a little but usually my men exercise is tenis. But anything that sends you outside more than indoors
