A stroke is often called as an acute stroke and you know before my generation right there was not much to do to make a stroke acute in the emergency room. So that really changed the face of neurology in this urgency where we've sort of advised our colleagues in medicine the emergency room surgery if you even think there's a small chance it could be a stroke then call us. But they're not all aphasia and hemiparasic neglecting so better to start running and slow down than to start walking and have to have to sprint.
