The Effect of Music on the Jury in the Sheeran Case

The Sheeran case was a computerized version of Let's Get It On based on the sheet music. If the plaintiffs in the next case can actually play the song, do you think that would make a difference even if sheeran testifies as he did here? So clearly made a difference in the blurred lines case. But every jury is different and I have to wait and see what happens.
