How to Improve Your Body Composition
I think the culture now that our focus on like, you know, body composition. If you truly want to improve your physique, you need to be spending more time in an environment that's going to allow you to do just that and not sabotage yourself. I would make an argument that somebody can take a random program, train close to failure, not being on a structured training program and still see relative good result in the fat loss process. But when trying to gain lead to sure mass, it's a been a close surplus.
