Election officials have never been worried about if election night reporting systems can act because they don't consider them to be real votes. However, the media and general public don't see it that way. We have seen number of times when the election reporting system at the hattents has caused riots in foreign countrieswhen the results is overnight. So this should underline for us that the election nite reporting, from the public pressperspective, is extremely critical part of the chain of trust and creating the public confidence.
