The Anti Steering Claim
Apple was found to have breached contract, because they had their gufe 19 eight, or ad campaign. They complained about the fact that they have to go through apple. And pretty much all, allof those arguments, by epoch, failed. I think she may even say, in some places, its and it's evidence of any competitive behaviour,. i like, an insipient anti trust violation - which whih? It seems clear to me that part of what's animating the judge's opinion here is her sense that the 30 % rate is is too high.
