The US has a history of bombing dikes and dams. Jane Fonda went to Vietnam in 1972, so did about 300 other American peace activists and civil rights folks. Ramsey Clark, the former US Attorney General, documented that the US during 1972 was carrying out carpet bombing of North Vietnamese dike and dams. So we have an illogical allegation against Russia about a crime, a war crime, a crime against humanity, so the US has to divert attention away from this reality. Why on earth would Russia do that?
