We've recognized four phases of IEH and we have intentionally equitable hospitality. That pre-designed phase is about thinking about the values you want to bring into a learning experience. The facilitation phase is that dynamic phase that I was just talking about where things come up. And then there's the idea of intentional adaptation. So we notice things that we didn't expect and we respond to them in ways that always keep that question of equity and balance in mind.
