The Mystery of Evelyn Hartley's Abduction

Ed hoffer's siding indicated that evelyn was taken by two men working together. The question still remained, was it an opportunistic or planned abduction? Some speculated that perhaps the other girl was the original target. Richard hartley and vigo rasmuson were also looked into, but more so out of procedure than anything else. Both men co operated with authorities and were ruled out of the investigation.
