Do You Have Decentralized Knowledge or Control?

In 1493, Gutenberg just came out with the printing press. It was one of the first things that really decentralized knowledge and control. For a more recent example, you could talk about something like black cabs in London versus Uber and Lyft. The last is kind of this sphere of the unknown in dealing with how society kind of deals with technology.
