You can reduce your taxable income by at least up to three thousand dollars by selling companies that maybe you're down on. You want to take that tax loss hit, realize that loss, i should say, and then rebuy in another account or buy again later. But you can't do it within 30 days, cause that violates the wash rule. So right there, i can only do a max of six k in the wroth each year. And i'm probably just going to put it, maybe all into more simon property group or realty, and come something like that. Instead of dealing with residential real estate, i'll just go more into being a landlord, like store capital
