You can't be so nice and fluffy in caring that you just let people work without responsibility or accountability. You need to really strike tha right balance between giving them enough rope, but then also keeping them in line as well. The other thing that you can often get confused here is that a permission ill lead. So if you're candid with others, but with their benefit in mind, that'll nat be harmful.
