Vicki's Hand on the Metal Roof of a Car

The object in front of them was throwing off a lot of heat. They said it was about the size of the Dayton, Texas municipal water tower. It had a ring of blue lights around the middle widest part and the bottom of the object was intermittently emitting pulses of flame. Each time it would emit a big burst of flame, it would seem to rise in the air and then sink back down again when the flames subsided.
